Getting paid is the part of any trading platform that actually matters. This guide covers how to request a withdrawal from Binoria, what happens to it after you press confirm, how long it should take, and the small number of things that cause delays.
How to request a withdrawal
- Log in and open your Wallet.
- Select Withdraw.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Paste your USDT address, and check that the network you have selected matches the network of that address.
- Confirm the request.
Check the network, not just the address. An address pasted from a wallet on a different network is the single most common cause of a failed withdrawal, and it is not something that can be undone once the transaction has been broadcast.
What happens after you confirm
Withdrawals on Binoria are not automatic. Every request is reviewed by our financial department as part of standard anti-money-laundering (AML) checks before it is paid out.
This is deliberate. AML rules require a financial platform to know where funds are going, and reviewing every withdrawal rather than a random sample is the straightforward way to meet that obligation. In practice the large majority of reviews are quick enough that you will not notice they happened.
If we need any additional information, we will contact you directly. You do not need to chase it — but replying promptly is what turns a longer review back into a fast withdrawal.
How long it takes
| Situation | Typical completion |
|---|---|
| Standard review, no further information needed | Around 5 minutes |
| Additional information requested from you | Up to 5 business days |
| Wrong network or malformed address | Fails — needs a new request |
The second row is not a sign that something is wrong with your account. Every platform operating under AML obligations does this; the difference between platforms is whether they explain it or leave you refreshing a page.
What slows a withdrawal down
- Incomplete verification. If a verification step is outstanding, the review waits for it. Completing verification before you need to withdraw removes this entirely.
- Address and network mismatch. The address is valid but sits on a different network to the one selected.
- An unanswered request for information. If we have asked you for something and not heard back, the withdrawal waits. Check your email and your notifications.
If something goes wrong
Support is available 24/7. If a withdrawal has not arrived when you expected it, open a support ticket with the request time and the receiving address, and support can tell you exactly where it is in the process rather than leaving you guessing.
Before your first withdrawal
Two things are worth doing early, before you actually need them:
- Complete account verification while you are not in a hurry.
- Send a small test withdrawal first to confirm your address and network are correct.
Both take a few minutes and remove almost every reason a withdrawal would be held up later.
